I have selected and created a list from our Music Library octavo entries by library number, then marked some of them and was then able to re-select and prepare/print just the marked entries. However, I'm now wanting to use the same list by library number, but just prepare/print out a list of the unmarked entries without having to go back and unmark the portion of the list I already have marked and mark the ones I have currently unmarked or create a whole new list of unmarked entries (including cantatas, collections, orchestrations, handbells, etc.)and mark them as well. Also, if there is some type of a select unmarked or mark unselected feature that would do all the entries in a list at once (and/or just clicking on a check box as you scroll down a list), it would be quite helpful, without having to mark each entry in the list separately and wait for the mark to register.
