Is there a printable copy of the worship plan, and where is the command for that?

Check the reports menu item on the service plan page. There you can prepare a pdf file for the congregation, technicians, speakers, or musicians. The reports are downloadable and printable, but you may want to cut and paste and adjust to the report format used at your church.
