David, thanks for the great webinar today. A couple of questions came up while I was piddling with next week's service.
1) Can I offset some of the titles I used in the "Activity" column for cong. singing? In other words, I like to call our cong. singing "Worship through Singing", then print the titles centered underneath that heading, but the service report is not doing that. Can it, and if so, how?
2) Songs I use that are not in the Celebrating Grace hymnal should be appended by title as non-recurring activities (I figured that out), but can I enter a "set" or medley of songs as one activity?

Jody - looks like you're off to a great start with the Worship Matrix.
1) I believe I would create a recurring activity "Worship through Singing", add it to the service plan and number it earlier than the appended hymn titles. Everyone has their own layout preferences, so the best we can do at this end is to present the service data for cut and paste and let you format it the way you like. 2) Another option on the non-CG hymns would be to enter as repertoire. That way you could build your own matrix of scripture connections and also report on past hymn use. Again, formatting as a single activity must be done by rearranging the report data outside the matrix.
